Make Your Own App
While we will not be physically developing a mobile application, you and your assigned group will use your big idea to create a fabricated mobile application! With your idea, you are going to create a multimedia presentation that will touch on the following points: your app name and features, your app logo, what software you used to develop it and why, and your marketing strategies. All of these points have been topics we've learned a great deal about throughout this unit. When creating this multimedia presentation, be sure to reflect back on your work throughout this unit and on your personal notebook. The idea of this final project is to showcase what you have learned from this course. Please refer to the detailed guidelines and rubric below to see how you will be graded on this project.

Final Project Expectations
Your Big Idea
The foundation of this project is the mobile application idea that you and your group come up with. Within your presentation, it is important that you include a detailed description of the functions your app performs and it's key features. What makes you mobile application unique? What sets your app apart from your competitors? How much will you charge for your app? Please present this information as if it was in the "description" section of an App Store.
The Logo
You will need to design the logo that will represent your mobile application. There are two recommended options to use in order to create your logo. You can use the mobile application on your own iOS devices(which costs $2.99): Logo Maker or you can go to this website: Logo Maker where you can design a logo for free online. Please keep in mind that these are just recommendations! If you have another way you'd like to create a logo, please send me an email to approve it first and you can use your own resources. Remember, this logo is supposed to represent your mobile application to be creative!
Developer Software
Since you've had the opportunity to explore a few popular developer softwares, it is your turn to reflect back on what you've learned and choose the one that you feel will best to help you develop your application. Make sure you provide details as to why you chose to use your selected develop software instead of others.
Marketing Strategy
Marketing plays a big part in getting your mobile application recognized. Throughout this course we have gone over many strategies that had help make some of the most popular apps successful. Once you have designed your app and are ready to market it, what strategies would you use? Why? What audience are you targeting? Would you have to use specific marketing strategies to target this audience? Please be specific as to how your methods will get your app to be successful.
